Mr. Richard Raqueno , a seasoned teacher with 27 years of experience, has witnessed firsthand the devastating effects of natural disasters. Growing up in the Philippines, he and his family have endured earthquakes, landslides, and typhoons, leaving them feeling both frightened and unprepared.


Despite the challenges, Sir Richard has made it his mission to educate his students about the importance of hazard awareness. He believes that by fostering discussions and critical thinking, he can help students understand the risks and develop the skills necessary to respond effectively.


Through social media platforms, Sir Richard has been actively communicating with parents and guardians, sharing updates, safety tips, and emergency alerts. Additionally, he has collaborated with local organizations, emergency management agencies, and community leaders to create a comprehensive approach to hazard awareness.
